Selecting an accurate disposition for a handled call is a crucial element of successful call documentation. Dispositions and Conversions is the information that dictates which customers should and which should not be called, successfully dispositioning a call plays a big role in maintaining positive customer relations. Once in wrap up stage there is a limited time to select a proper disposition and it should be the first priority once the call is completed
