New Batch of Escheatment Letters for Kiwi OH customers were sent on 07/10/2024 and Spring Power and Gas MD and NJ customers were sent on 07/10/2024!

The Deadline to redeem these funds by contacting our customer service center are :

Please keep in mind that customers who do not process the escheatment with us before the required deadline they will have to contact the office of unclaimed funds for their state :

Escheatment Checks

Customers who received the escheatment letter will contact the CS team by:

  1. Sending an email to rewards@kiwienergy.us​​ or rewards@springpowerandgas.us

  2. Mailing back the detachable part of the escheatment letter.

  3. Calling the CS phone number – CS reps will be required to verify and update all customer information including name, address, email and phone number.

    • A child call note (CLOSED) must be added to the escheatment call note.  The following text will auto-populate: “The customer received the escheatment letter and is requesting the unclaimed Ecogold Cashback.  Customer’s name and mailing address has been verified and confirmed.  The business is reserving up to 90 days for payment processing.”
