How to identify these customers on the dialer?

The dialer will recognize these and display an appropriate scripting page

The que title will be highlighted as INBOUND QUEUE - VIRTUAL CALL BACK

Scripting is really simple, the dialer will automatically fill the appropriate Company Name :

Hello this is (Agent Name) from (Company Name) with the call back you requested, how can I help you today?
