From now on all Account Information Updates along with any queries requiring a follow up should be assigned to the Customer Service team in Orion. This is to ensure timely and accurate updates and responses to our customers.

New Home Protect RCE requirement.

The minimum RCE requirment for Home Protect offer in NY has decreased to .70 !! This increases the possibility of more fuels being recontracted. Please keep in mind the new RCE potential when identifying the customers as "Already Retained". Customers who previously did not qualify for Home Protect and were re-contracted for Kiwi Green 50, may now be eligible to receive Home Protect.

Comparing customers products in Orion with the Contract Offer field in the dialer could be a quick way to ensure that the customer is on the optimal product offer.
