New Home Protect RCE requirement.

The minimum RCE requirment for Home Protect offer in NY has decreased to .70 !! This increases the possibility of more fuels being recontracted. Please keep in mind the new RCE potential when identifying the customers as "Already Retained". Customers who previously did not qualify for Home Protect and were re-contracted for Kiwi Green 50, may now be eligible to receive Home Protect.

Comparing customers products in Orion with the Contract Offer field in the dialer could be a quick way to ensure that the customer is on the optimal product offer.

NIMO Zone F Pricing Error (Electricity)

A pricing error was discovered effecting the 2- and 4-months loyalty rates for NIMO Zone F.

CSR are advised to quote the R/MR as 10c/kwh until further notice.

Remember to inform all customers these rates are variable and change daily according to the market.
